The main objective of ELab module is to chronologically record all experimental details with efficiency and integrity.

The principle investigator is relieved of maintaineance and tracking inventory, often very expensive fine chemicals and/or samples and/or reagents made using them.

The ease recalling data, comments on experiments, specifc references, protocols, procedures, carried on every aspect must be captured accurately and in a tamperproff, structured manner.

Tracking experimentation on animals is an essential requirement of CPCSEA as well as for all reputed journals. ELab takes the pain completely away

Most important aspect is the tamper and edit proof of data posted. Data once entered cannot edited or modified or delected but can post corrected entries

A completely structured software is the best way as it is easily amenable to data storage, searching. Moreover, forms a solid basis for AI and ML based deeper understanding. It should be easy to read, easy to retrieve even in the absence of a user-interface

Security

CLEAR by Meissa is a multi-tenancy application (see illustration).

Every investigator lives in his own domain, database and only his group's users are allowed to access, shares no resources with anyone.

Every user's data and communications to and from the server are encrypted.

Exhaustive audit trails sniffs-out malicious activity and informs the principle investigator.

Integrity of Data

Data once entered is tamper and edit proof

To correct a mistake, make another entry describing the correction.

The Elab tracks which vial's contents were used for a given experiment. Know the recurring failures, if any, in an experiment due to usage of non-working reagents/samples easily.

Every laboratory invariably has several precious chemicals/reagents. This simple intutive inventory tracking marks every vial and records its consumption on the fly and updates the inventory. As you enter experimental information, it tracks all usages of all inventory, amounts used etc. This information is automatically processed for consumption and manages the inventory. It is that simple.

Sample Tracking (Premium only)

Exactly like inventory management, track, acquisition, storage and usage of all precious samples collected, down to their storage location. An investigator can know every detail of every sample stored in his laboratory, the container, shelf/canister, box and location.

Laboratory Maintenance (Premium only)

Track all your inventory, all equipment, their maintenance, service and logbook for each equipment, their usage and health.

Cloud Service

Cloud hosting is governed by local territory laws and servers are within Indian Territory for Indian customers.
